• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead market research/insights strategy aligned to commercial priorities and brand objectives.
• Oversee primary and secondary research and insight development across stakeholders.
• Define business questions, ensure quality, translate findings into recommendations.
• Manage external market research/vendor partnerships and budgets.
• Partner with Marketing to develop customer insights and journeys.
• Co-lead cross-functional Situational Analysis integrating data sources.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and generative AI for insights and reporting.
• Evaluate AI methods to improve efficiency and insights.
• Define/evolve brand KPIs with Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
• Build frameworks to improve insight generation and decision-making.
