CloudData is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the company's Owner's Representative engagements on AI-ready data centers. The role involves overseeing design, construction, and vendor management while developing and maintaining program schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility management, with knowledge of MEP systems. Key responsibilities include leading client handovers and producing program status reports.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data center or mission-critical facility program management or construction management.
• Owner's Representative or Construction Management experience required.
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems: electrical distribution, UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH, liquid cooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management on data center design and construction engagements.
• Manage A&E firms, general contractors, and commissioning agents on behalf of the client.
• Produce executive-grade program status reports and escalation protocols.
