Qualifications

• At least five years of experience leading and managing an organization.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting across multiple funding sources.
• Success in raising competitive and non-competitive funding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the outward face of the Hughes Center and lead its team.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision to increase the Center’s visibility.
• Build understanding with state and federal policy makers.
