Cambridge is seeking a Director, Advisor Growth & Development to partner with financial advisors, grow their practices, and optimize use of firm resources. You’ll lead new recruiting, expand existing relationships, and deliver strategic growth plans.

You will mentor teams, maintain CRM activity, and serve as a trusted consultant on business strategy. Based in Milton, GA with hybrid attendance, you’ll travel as needed to support advisors, drive cross-sell opportunities, and represent the firm at

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, consulting, financial services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing strategic business plans and growth initiatives.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build partnerships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support advisors and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a relationship-driven, growth-minded leader to join our team as Director, Advisor Growth & Development. In this role, you'll partner closely with financial advisors to help them grow their businesses, maximize firm resources, and enhance their overall experience.
