Job summary

The Dimock Center seeks a Program Director for Acute Treatment Services (ATS) to oversee administrative, operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of the ATS program. You will lead compliance with BSAS and DPH requirements, drive patient-centered care, and ensure staffing, documentation, and performance improvement meet regulatory expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in SUD/behavioral health leadership, and on-call responsibilities evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in SUD/behavioral health or healthcare operations.
• Minimum three years of supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated BSAS-regulated service experience preferred (acute treatment, detox, withdrawal management, or residential).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the ATS program 24/7.
• Develop and monitor program goals, policies, and performance plans.
• Ensure staffing patterns meet acuity, census, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical, operational, quality, and financial objectives.
• Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor operational metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support continuity of care.
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
