• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver impactful solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Accounting and Financial Advisory Services to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This role will lead senior-level advisory work across complex accounting matters, helping clients strengthen financial reporting, technical accounting policy, and control environments. The position is focused on trusted client relationships, high-impact problem solving, and guiding teams through technical engagements that affect finance leaders and audit stakeholders. You will also contribute to thought leadership, business development, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced professional services setting.

Location: Frisco, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $215,950 – $409,420 annually
