Job summary

EAB Career Center seeks a Director of Research and Strategic Advisory Services to lead high-impact research projects in higher education. You will shape strategy through rigorous data analysis, synthesize insights for campus leaders, and guide advisory services, including executive roundtables and workshops.

Position supports provosts and academic deans, with travel up to 10% and opportunities for collaboration across research, design, and delivery teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with excellent academics.
• 6–8+ years of post‑Bachelor’s experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience in at least two areas: consulting, education strategy, research, or higher education knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead strategic research projects from conception to completion.
• Provide leadership across research processes and synthesise findings for executives.
• Synthesize complex ideas into actionable insights for executive audiences.
• Communicate ideas using persuasive writing, storytelling, and graphics.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
• Deliver initial services and presentations to executive clients.
