Bloomingdale's is seeking a Director to lead the 59th Street flagship transformation in NYC. The role owns the integrated roadmap and drives rigorous project management across workstreams with senior leadership alignment.
Based on-site in the flagship location, you will partner with Store Environment, Portfolio Strategy, Operations and Merchandising to ensure timely delivery, risk management and measurable outcomes across capital programs, renovations and business initiatives.

The Director of 59th Street Flagship Transformation will lead the continued multi-year transformation of Bloomingdale's iconic NYC flagship, with the ambition to strengthen 59th Street's position as a world-class luxury destination and defining expression of the Bloomingdale's brand. This highly visible role owns the integrated transformation roadmap and the rigorous project management required to deliver it. The Director will drive the detailed execution of the transformation across workstreams, partnering with senior leaders and functional owners to ensure all elements come together with discipline, pace, and exceptional execution. The role requires the ability to maintain a clear view of the total flagship vision and intended outcomes while staying deeply engaged in the details by connecting workstreams, anticipating risks and dependencies, driving timely decisions and accountability, and ensuring commitments are delivered. The Director will identify and surface gaps where plans may not fully support the broader transformation vision and drive resolution with the appropriate sponsors and functional leaders. The Director will report to the Senior Director, Store & Portfolio Strategy, with a dotted line to the VP, Regional Director of Stores, New York City, and partner closely with Executive Committee sponsors and senior leaders across the organization.
