Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management division seeks a Sr. Director to lead strategic and operational efforts for the partnership with University Hospitals Health System.

You will steer financial and clinical performance, align resources, and drive technology excellence across diagnostic imaging and therapeutic equipment. You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient care while advancing cybersecurity and risk management programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of management experience required.
• 5 years in maintenance/repair of clinical devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and maintenance of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic equipment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety readiness; support audits.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve technology-related issues impacting patient care.
• Lead or contribute to cybersecurity efforts including risk assessment and HIPAA/compliance.
• Manage operational and fiscal responsibilities including purchasing and resource planning.

Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. Director, Healthcare Technology Management to lead our partnership with University Hospitals Health System.

This executive leadership role is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic performance of one of Sodexo's premier healthcare technology management accounts.

Take on a vital role in maintaining and advancing cutting-edge medical technology that directly supports patient care and clinical excellence. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or program, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $115940 per year - $150040 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience – 5 years
• Functional Experience - 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
