Job summary

Learning Care Group in Florida is seeking a Director to lead a school and oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality early education and strong family engagement.

You will supervise staff, implement curriculum, and maintain compliance with state licensing while promoting a caring, safe learning environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• 1-2 years supervisory/management experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field

• 1-2 years supervisory/management experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
