Triad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Group, seeks a Directional Drilling Operator based in Las Vegas, NV to support telecom upgrades. You will operate Universal directional boring equipment to install underground conduit and fiber optic cables, travel to project sites across multiple states, and work under a Foreman/Supervisor to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Universal directional boring equipment or similar machinery.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work across multiple states.
• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and installation methods preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and maps.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites across the listed states.
• Operate Universal directional boring equipment to install underground conduit and fiber optic cables.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Ensure proper alignment and depth control during drilling operations.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members for efficient workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner.
