AtLambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC, is hiring an Operator Power Construction Equipment to operate diesel or gasoline-powered machinery at job sites and during transit, supporting construction projects while ensuring safety and quality. The role requires readiness for physical labor, ability to travel for storm response, and a commitment to following federal, state, and company regulations.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and safety in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a minimum of two years of driving experience and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate diesel or gasoline-powered equipment at job sites and during transit.
• Perform general construction tasks, including physical labor such as lifting materials up to 50 pounds and using hand tools.
• Follow directions to deliver quality work and maintain safe work conditions in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Restore excavated areas by backfilling trenches, leveling surfaces, and replacing removed materials as directed by the foreman or supervisor.
• Travel for storm response with minimal notice.
• Determine voltages and associated hazards.
• Review and adhere to minimum approach distances.
• Demonstrate positive work relationships with internal and external teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
