Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. seeks a Bore Rig Operator to join our field operations in Oklahoma.

The role requires experience with directional drilling or locating on a drill rig, operating excavating equipment, handling various pipes and PVC, and maintaining customer standards under all conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to hand dig in congested sites, understand using a Vactron, mix bore mud products or be willing to learn, travel as needed, and hold a Class A CDL or be eligible to

Qualifications

• Experience with directional bore rigs and locating.
• Ability to effectively lead a crew.
• Willing to travel when necessary.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Operate bore rigs and excavating equipment.
• Drill in various soils, including rock, with safety compliance.
• Handle different pipe and PVC materials per specs.
• Hand dig in congested or restricted-access sites and around utilities.
• Utilize a Vactron and mix bore mud products or learn to do so.
