General Statement of Job
The Open Labs Customer Service Technician supports the open computer labs and patrons with the daily use of computers, software, and other resources. Assists department staff with the day-to-day activities and provides exceptional customer service.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Required Education and Experience
College Certificate, a minimum of 30 college hours required. At least six (6) months of customer service experience, preferred. Experience in a higher education institution using enterprise systems; e.g. Banner, preferred.
