UCP Long Island is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with daily living activities and independence. No experience required as paid training is provided.

The role offers flexible schedules, paid health insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, PTO and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License preferred.
• Experience in DSP, HHA, CNA, PCA, caregiving, or customer service is a plus but not required.

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Help individuals build independence and life skills.
• Support with cooking, cleaning, and daily routines.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with mobility and care.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Complete documentation in line with OPWDD guidelines.
