Qualifications

• Certification in CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage program operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to support individuals served.
• Monitor living environments and activities for safety and regulatory adherence.
• Provide on-call staff support during emergencies and fill shifts as needed.
