Job summary

Sevita’s ResCare Community Living in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of caregivers and ensure effective ISP implementation. You will balance direct care with supervision, scheduling, and staff development to help individuals grow skills and independence.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Pay Class: Full Time
Hours: Mon - Fri 2p-10p + on call
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour with opportunities for Approved overtime
Requirement: Current driver's license with 1 year driving history without restrictions
Site Location: Lewisville, TX

Site Supervisor

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
• Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Qualifications

• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
