Job summary

Advocates in Littleton, CO is seeking an entry-level Direct Support Staff to provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings. You will assist with daily living activities, encourage independence, and participate in community outings, reporting progress and concerns.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a blended shift (Friday 4pm-10pm and Sunday 9am-3pm), valid driver's license, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and in alignment with Human Rights policies.
