Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is hiring compassionate and dependable Full-Time Direct Support Professionals in Paris, Tennessee. DSPs provide person-centered support to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities pursue independence, engage in their communities, and achieve personal goals.

Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. PDI offers comprehensive benefits, paid time off, holidays, and ongoing training, with a strong emphasis on dignity

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate, person-centered approach.
• Demonstrates dependability and reliable transportation.
• Patient, respectful, and supportive with individuals served.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete required background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support based on individual needs and goals.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care when needed.
• Support community involvement and participation in activities.
• Encourage independence and informed choices.
• Assist with meal preparation and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Provide transportation as assigned.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all policies, training, and safety procedures.
