Venture Community Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support daily living activities, transportation, and community participation, fostering independence and dignity.

Shifts include Sun 9a-4p, Sun 4p-11p, Mon 3p-11p, Tue 3p-10p, Wed 12p-11p. This role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $500 for part-time, plus paid training and benefits.
