Job summary

Pueblo Diversified Industries (PDI) in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DS Professional) to provide person-centered services. The role includes assisting individuals with daily living activities, 1:1 support, and documenting plans and progress.

Responsibilities include coordinating with program staff, tracking attendance, and representing PDI in the community. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a pre-hire drug test and background check are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with Basic ADLs (mobility, bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, toileting).
• Provide 1:1 support as needed (e.g., toileting, cleaning, wheelchair safety).
• Facilitate engaging activities and monitor individual goals.
• Track attendance, service notes, and maintain documentation.
• Represent the organization professionally in the community.
