Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with disabilities, mental health needs, and autism.
• Create a healthy, engaging home setting and assist with daily living skills.
• Advocate for health and wellness and support community participation.
