Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Desired vehicle access with a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real relationships and participate in community activities with participants.
• Engage in compassionate, patient care and follow program protocols.
