Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor to oversee drop-in services for individuals with disabilities. You will supervise caregivers, support ISP implementation, and coordinate daily activities including meals, medications, and personal care.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and weekend availability. You will join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality, person-centered supports across our programs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, proof of education required.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in admin duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.

Hire wage is $21 hourly

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance and reliable personal vehicle is required.

This Positions requires flexible availability and includes weekend shifts as scheduled

Available Shifts: (Full-Time 40) This is the supervisor to oversee the drop in services, days and times will vary based on the needs of the individuals served.

Qualifications:

• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.

• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
