Job summary

PRP Management Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Newport News, VA for part-time roles in Residential Services. This position involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enabling community participation.

Weekend shifts and some holidays may be required. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided; we value compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals who can communicate professionally and work well both

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must reside on the Hampton Roads peninsula.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) | Residential Services | Part-Time | Immediate Hiring

What You'll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives by providing support with daily living activities, community involvement, personal growth, and recreational opportunities. You will become an important part of a team that empowers individuals to reach their goals while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

Schedule:

• 3 to 4 Days per Week
• Weekday Shifts: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekend Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• DSP applicants for Residential Services must be available to work weekend shifts and some holidays.

Minimum Qualifications for both positions:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
