Dynamic Duo Support LLC is seeking reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in Ocean County, including Toms River and Whiting, NJ. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with rotating schedules and competitive pay.

DSPs help individuals build independence, stay active in the community, complete daily routines, and participate in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct support preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Adult First Aid/CPR certification.
• Reliable, patient, compassionate, and able to support active community-based routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and companionship.
• Transport and accompany the client to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.
• Assist with household tasks, including tidying, organizing, and daily routines.
• Support with shopping, cooking, and meal preparation.
• Encourage participation in community activities and foster social connections.
• Promote independence and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Follow diabetes care routines and seizure protocols.
• Drive the client to various community locations.

Dynamic Duo Support LLC is seeking reliable, compassionate, active, and patient Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual disabilities in Ocean County, including Toms River and Whiting, NJ. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities. DSPs help individuals build independence, stay active in the community, complete daily routines, and participate in meaningful activities.

• Toms River: Rotating full-time schedule, Monday-Friday starting at 8:00 AM; 39.5 hours for two weeks each month and 32 hours for two weeks each month
• Whiting: Part-time schedule, Monday-Wednesday, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM; 15 hours per week
• Pay: $18-$23 per hour, experience-based and negotiable depending on position and qualifications

Consistency, punctuality, and dependable attendance are extremely important. Some positions require transportation to community outings, appointments, shopping, errands, and other activities.

About the Positions

These roles involve supporting individuals at home and in the community. Responsibilities may include companionship, community participation, household routines, shopping, cooking, meal preparation, transportation, and support with activities of daily living. One position includes supporting an active adult male who enjoys daily community outings, walks, shopping, and event locations.

Some positions may require comfort following established health and safety routines, including diabetes-related care routines and seizure protocols when applicable.
