Qualifications

This entry‑level role offers a rewarding experience in a supportive care team setting.

Overview

Provide supportive services to individuals and groups in the community, assisting them with goal identification, communication, and implementation of their Centered Plan. Act as an advocate, cheerleader, teacher, and partner in daily activities, shopping, and community outings.

• Drug testing.
