RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional for a part-time 2nd shift position in North Carolina. You will support individuals with disabilities and/or mental health challenges in the community, helping them achieve goals outlined in their Centered Plan.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in the community as part of waiver services.

• Accompany individuals to work, appointments, and community activities; provide transportation as needed.
• Promote independence by teaching daily living skills and facilitating decision-making.
• Document the care provided and support rights, confidentiality, and safety.
