RHA Health Services, LLC in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities and mental health/substance use challenges in the community.

You will accompany clients to work and activities, assist with daily living, promote self-advocacy, document care, and maintain confidentiality; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; this entry‑level role offers meaningful work and opportunities
