Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support household maintenance, laundry, meal prep, shopping, and budgeting.
• Provide transportation and accompany individuals to appointments.
• Administer medications per guidelines and document care.
• Participate in training and follow support plans.
