Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Coraopolis, PA. The DSP role focuses on providing direct care and assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility while supporting life skills development in the Home and Community Division.

Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available. Earn up to $20.59/hour with Enhanced Pay option, or $18.59/hour without Enhanced Pay; DailyPay and flexible schedules are among the offered benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Related experience is helpful.
• A verifiable high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
