Job summary

Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and vulnerable adults. You will deliver companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and personal care in clients' homes, building trusting relationships and supporting independence.

You will collaborate with families and care providers, document care, manage medication reminders, and participate in ongoing training to improve skills and safety.
