Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in Slippery Rock, PA. You will provide direct care and support with daily living activities, assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation, and help individuals develop life skills.

No experience is required—we provide paid training, and you will join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Flexible schedules are available with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A verifiable high school diploma or GED is required.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

Position: Direct Support Professional

Location: Slippery Rock, PA

Pay Rate: $16/HOUR

Shifts available:10:45pm - 7:15pm, must work every other weekend
