Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Rochester, NY to help individuals live their best lives. You will assist with daily living skills, transportation, and community activities while following care plans and ensuring safety, dignity, and choice.

Positions include day, evening, and overnight shifts with competitive pay. Paid training is provided, and benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing; lifting up to 35 lbs).

Location: Rochester NY & Surrounding Areas

Full-time and part-time shifts available (Day, Evening, and Overnight)

Pay Rate:

$19.00

Upon successful completion of a 6-month provisionary period, the hourly rate will increase to $20/hr.
