Job summary

Opportunity Partners, Inc. seeks Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities live independently in group homes across the Twin Cities area, with full-time, part-time, or on-call options. You will assist with daily living, meals, chores, transportation, medical appointments, and safety skills to enhance independence and community participation.

Wage is $16.00 per hour. We offer full benefits and a welcoming, inclusive workplace across multiple Minneapolis-area locations.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to help people with disabilities.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote hobbies and recreational activities.
• Assist with meal preparation/cooking, household chores, and personal cares.
• Provide support with medical appointments & medication administration.
• Provide education & opportunities to problem solve with regards to safety skills, social interactions, and self-advocacy.

Job Summary

As a Direct Support Professional in our group homes, you will support people with disabilities to successfully live in their homes and participate in their communities. You will assist these individuals with increasing their independence and quality of life. Work full time, part time, or on-call as your schedule allows.

• Schedules: Weekday, evening, overnight, and weekend positions available
• Wage: $16.00
