OCCK, Inc. in Beloit, KS is seeking compassionate team members to assist individuals with daily living and community participation. You’ll support routines, personal care, cooking, and activities that build confidence while promoting independence.

Flexible weekend and overnight shifts are available. No caregiving experience is required—training is provided to help you grow, and you will work on-site in a supportive, nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have a proven work history.
• Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting.
• Must be available to work various shifts.
• Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles.
• One year working in the field of human services preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
