We are looking for a dedicated RBT to join Lighthouse Autism Center and provide high‑quality, center‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to help children acquire new skills and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with kids (18 months to school age) to deliver ABA therapy in a center‑based approach.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play‑based, naturalistic therapy setting.
• Help children progress in educational and social settings and prepare them for transition to a traditional school setting.
• Track and document progress for each child as you implement therapy programs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability: lifting and carrying more than 50 lbs., endurance for running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, bending, and sustained motion; ability to move quickly between standing, seated, and kneeling positions without support; expressive communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.

Salary

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
