The Arc Montgomery County's Inclusive Living Services - Personal Supports has a vacancy for a Part Time Direct Support Professional who will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and supervision to the people being supported who are living in their own homes/apartments. Typical support is provided to the people we support based on their service funding plan and individual plan.
Depending on each individual's needs, maximizing life skills while promoting community inclusion may require different levels of support. Customized personal support makes it possible for adults with disabilities to live independently or to remain in their family home.
The intensity of services provided range from drop-in support of a few hours to hands-on supervision for several hours each week.
