Devereux is hiring Direct Support Professionals (PRN) to support children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6–21) with IDD and BH/MH needs at our West Chester, PA programs. The role emphasizes safety, daily activities, and collaborative treatment planning with clinical teams.

On-site shifts include a $19.50–$19.75/hour base pay with a $2 shift differential after 2:00pm and a multi-stage sign-on bonus paid during the first 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• High-school Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience with children in behavioral health preferred.

• Population Served: Children and adolescents ages 6–21
• Pay: $19.50 - $19.75/hour based on education
• Shift Options :On Call As Needed
• Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour from 2:00pm–11:00pm
• Sign-On Bonus Paid out over the first 6 months of employment:

Part-time: $500: $150 at 30 days | $150 at 90 days | $200 at 180 days

About Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern, Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents ages 6–21 with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications

• AGE : Candidates must be at-least 21 years of age.
• EXPERIENCE: Prior experience working with children in behavioral health preferred.
