Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (PRN) to assist individuals with daily living activities, community integration, and personal care needs in a supportive, person-centered environment.

On-call/PRN schedule with comprehensive training provided; you will work with a collaborative team across North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and New Jersey to promote independence and well‑being of clients.

• Background check including OIG exclusions, Child Abuse Registry, and state registries.

Direct Support Professional (PRN)

We are hiring for a Direct Support Professional (PRN), a regular type position.

Pre‑Employment Screening

• Criminal background check: completed name check in registries (OIG exclusions, Child Abuse Registry, Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities).
• Drug testing.
• Education verification and other credentialing as required.
• Proof of employment history or references (if required).

Driving Requirements (if applicable)

• Proof of driver’s license.
• Proof of driver’s insurance.
• Proof of vehicle (if required to provide transportation).
