Job summary

Sevita is seeking caring individuals to support people with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities and help participants achieve personal goals in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as is reliability and a valid driver’s license. This role offers ongoing training and meaningful career growth within a national health care organization.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
