Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Escondido, CA seeks a PRN Direct Support Professional to support adults with brain injury in our residential program.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, therapies, transportation to appointments, and accompanying clients to activities. Must be at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly Rate: $21-$24 per hour, based upon experience and education
