Job summary

Ozell, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live with independence and joy. In this DSP role, you’ll provide daily living support, promote dignity, and help with skills building.

The position emphasizes compassionate communication, reliability, and teamwork with families and colleagues. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with paid training provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and other compliance requirements.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field preferred, but not required (training provided).
