RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional for one-on-one services at the vocational center. You will support individuals with disabilities and those facing mental health or substance use challenges, implementing goals from each person’s plan and communicating needs to the team.

We are hiring for: Direct Support Professional - Periodic Type: Regular

Provides support for individuals and/or groups of persons with disabilities in residential and community settings. Implements services and supports to address the person’s goals identified through each person’s Individual Support Plan. Assists the person(s) receiving services in identifying and communicating his or her requests and needs for services and supports. Relies on supervision and direction from the Community Services Coordinator to accomplish assigned tasks. Rate of Pay: $15.00/hour We are hiring Direct Support Professionals for One-on-One services at the vocational center Schedule: Shifts and schedules may vary by location and typically a variety of shifts are available. Shifts cover all days of the week, Monday through Sunday.

Position Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers’ license
• Liability Insurance
• Own transportation for transport (mileage paid)
• Physical requirements to perform essential functions of the job included:
• Regularly required to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Must be able to pull a minimum of 50lbs.
• Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stop.
• Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Required to regularly stand and walk.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.
• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
• Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
