DSPs support residents by assisting with daily living, personal care, and social integration, while promoting independence and safety in the home.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Strong communication; able to document routine paperwork.
• Ability to work professionally with residents, staff and families.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care and support.
• Assist with medication administration (with training).
