Redwood-Family-Care-Network in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with developmental and medical needs live safe, independent lives. This part-time evenings role includes weekend shifts, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and hourly pay between $15 and $17.

You will support daily living, personal care, meals, medication assistance, community access, and safety while following support plans, documenting progress, and using crisis-prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid (provided).
• Crisis intervention training (provided).

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills, personal care, hygiene, meals, medication assistance, community access, social skills, housekeeping, safety and recreation.
• Follow support plans and document daily progress.
• Use behavioral and crisis-prevention strategies as trained.
