Job summary

I Am Boundless, a nonprofit serving Ohio for over 40 years, is hiring a Direct Support Professional (Part-time) in South Euclid to provide direct programming and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and communicate in English (spoken and written).

The schedule includes 9am-2pm Mon/Thu/Fri and 9am-4pm Sat; benefits include 401(k) with 5% match, PTO, dental/vision, disability

What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing.

All candidates selected to undergo the pre-employment process will be required to complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen, as applicable for the role.
