Job summary

EnCircle in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a caring and compassionate Direct Support Professional in a part-time, entry-level role. You’ll receive paid training and help people realize their potential while working with a supportive team.

This DSP position offers weekend, evening and overnight shifts with no prior experience required. You’ll learn CPR and First Aid during orientation and contribute to the wellbeing and community integration of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass our paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
• Must be compassionate and caring.
• Weekend, evenings, and overnight hours available.

Compensation

• Competitive salary starting at $16.00 per hour
