Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities, with on-site scheduling and paid training. The role includes advocacy, daily living support, and community engagement, with opportunities for growth and paid training provided by Venture.

The position offers a pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, and a $500 sign-on bonus for part-time staff, along with a comprehensive benefits package and paid

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, and activities of daily living.
• Accompany to medical appointments, bank visits, community outings and events.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans, and medical guidelines.
