Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our Philadelphia program, with shifts including Sunday 10am-10pm and Monday–Thursday 8am-2pm. Earn up to $16.75/hour with Enhanced Pay option and PAID training for new caregivers.

Join a supportive, mission-driven team in Wynnewood/Philadelphia area, helping individuals achieve daily living goals and community participation while gaining valuable experience in developmental and behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver's license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting with individuals with IDD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily hygiene and personal care.
• Foster independence by teaching daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry.
• Follow the Individual Support Plan and support social/communication skills in various settings.

Education

High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
